Returns labels

I recently started listing and unfortunately sent the wrong item to a buyer.

We started a return and I received an email saying that eBay would send the buyer a returns label.

The buyer has not received it and I cannot find anywhere to get a label from. 

Any ideas on where to go or how to get around the problem?

Ask the buyer to check in the actual return case on their purchases page.    If no joy contact ebay in the morning about it.   You can request a callback on here:
