I don't think ebay would expect you to return it so contact CS n this link: eBay Customer Service
Open a return ton start with using "Notnas described" . Your seller might just refund you without return but if not contact CS on the link given.

There are very few situations where ebay allows you not to return it. Smelling bad isn't one of those.
