Hi - I am a UK seller and I recently sold to an item to a buyer in Germany. They are saying it is 'not as described', I now need to generate a return postage label to send to them so that I get the item back, check it's OK and then give the OK to EBay to issue the refund.
I haven't a clue how to do this, other than to send money to the Buyer so they can send it themselves. I can't find the answer on Ebay - any ideas ? Thank you !
