I recently opened a case after trying to sort out the probelm i had with the seller and decision was in my favor, once ebay stepped in. I have returned the item and added tracking details but on tracking it, it says the seller wasn't in. From the conversation i had i don't believe they will collect it or sign for it. I've had not a penny back and because they haven't collected it and most likely won't, what can i do?? As not collecting it or arranging a redelivery means it won't show as returned. So I'm down my postage cost and the full refund of £12.95?? There is no option in resolution centre for me to get in touch with ebay to show I've returned it and tracked it. Been totally ripped off and need advice.
