Refunds request accidentally cancelled

I accidentally close my refund request. I messaged the seller and they are not responding. How can i reopen the return and refund request.

I'm afraid you can't. eBay's rule is that once a case has been closed it can't be reopened.

You could open another case in PayPal if the item you received was not as described. You need to go to your PayPal account and find the transaction number then use their Resolution Centre.

I am sorry to say that you cannot through eBay. Once closed you do not get another chance. I doubt the seller will help.  You "may" be able to open a case in Paypal depending on the circumstances. You must escalate if you do within 2 to 20 days.
