I was contacted by a buyer with a broken delivery. I refunded him immediately and contacted Evri. They admited that they broke it but told me to raise a case with eBay. I tried to but eBay's auto system wanted 2 pictures but I could only get one to copy to their chatbot thing. The case was not raised! Then I got a message from eBay saying they had fully refunded the buyer!
Now I can't get any sense out of their Chat interface and it tells me live service is not available. Any advice about how I get my money back? or at least put a complaint to eBay for their useless Seller help?

Buyers pay for this protection, it is not up to you to refund, that is eBay’s responsibility.
Buyer has now had two refunds, whether you will be refunded probably depends on honesty of buyer.
