I've just received an email from eBay that an item I have bought has now been recalled and no longer safe. I have bought many children's items over the last two years and as they have not specified which item this relates to I have no idea what is not safe for my child.
Any idea how I can track down which item it is? The only link they gave as an attachment is a very long list of all recently recalled items, from multiple manufacturers and suppliers.

There have been a lot of similar posts recently. No item ever specified and addressed to your ID whereas ebay use real full name. Probably a phishing scam so do not reply. Just delete.

I did originally wonder if it was spam, but it's genuine. I also have the message on my eBay app in my inbox

Others too, have received similar 'warning emails', and no further explanation to which item is involved, very frustrating.
All I can suggest if you have made several purchases recently, and not sure to which this refers to, is to contact eBay Customer Services, for them to explain further.
The easiest and quickest way to contact Customer Services is through this link, for a Call Back .

If they cannot provide more information all you're left with, is to contact the manfacturer's of recent purchases, ask if their product you purchased has been recalled for safety reasons.
