marking return item as dispatched

Hi there,

I have sent back an item to the seller using printed ebay label. It has a tracking number on it. 

I cannot mark it as dispatched on my return side, because "The tracking number you have provided already exists in our system. Please use a valid tracking number for this return".

Do you know any way to solve it?

If it was an ebay generated label then the tracking will already be on the return.
