final fee credit

Hi there,

A item I was selling was never paid for soon opened unpaid item dispute, I have given it more than a week didn't he butter to pay but to no avil, it's strange how ebay still sent the full invoice when they fully know there is a open unpaid dispute.

Can you send me a link or tell me how to get a credit against this invoice Please??

Fees are charged as soon as sold. Opening an unpaid case does not cancel the fees, all it does is credit your account with the fee when the case is CLOSED.

When you open a case, ebay tells you EXACTLY when you can close a case, it does pay to read what ebay tells you, doing nothing will not get a refund of fees, case will just close.
