bought an item from the us on 29 july, seller sent the 31st under ebays tracked global shipping. i have the tracking but every time i check on the pitney bowes website, it just shows as sent but still hasnt reached ebays shipping warehouse yet. could it just be a webpage glitch? dont want to hassle the seller after two weeks.
