It's pointless to "message" the seller; that is not how it works. Go to the resolution centre and open a "not as described" case. Seller - if in UK - should send a prepaid label for return and when you do should refund. If he does not then escalate the case to eBay after 8 full days and follow their instructions.
Ignore anything the seller says.
