Are you sure the email address you have on your Account has not been corrupted or changed at all?
To check the information, starting on your My eBay Summary page, click on the Account tab, then on the left, Personal information, under My Account.
eBay don't use email for communication, you have to click on Help & Contact at the top of the page, and keep trying the options until you get the option to call or use Live Chat.
