Hi

I ordered an item, contacted seller to enquiry shipping g to Canada. Seller said I needed to use Global shipping. Rang eBay the. Sent email to seller with info how to reinvoice me inc Global ahipping and not heard anymore.
Now they have opened an unpaid item report. I just want to pay to ship it to Canada fromUSA but need price added to item cost
What do I do as they are not doing this. Can I cancel?

I'm afraid you cannot cancel an unpaid item case.  The seller had a choice of re issuing you an invoice with the postage to Canada or open an unpaid item case to retrieve their seller costs.  Unfortunately he chose the latter.

One unpaid item strike will not do your account much harm,  but be careful not to gain another,  as that will stop you buying from the majority of sellers on eBay for 12 months.

Always check the seller posts worldwide,  then click on the link beside that on the listing and make sure Canada is amongst the countries that seller will post to.  Do this before pressing that Buy it Now button.
