Sent wrong item twice

I have ordered 3M grey usb cable, and I got 1M green, I have requested the return, so the seller sent me a message to say the item I have ordered is out of stock however they can send me a different colour.
I said that’s absolutely fine however the rent me a 1M black which is the wrong again.
What can I do in this case?

Open a Return Case in the Resolution Center for Item Not as Described.
Wait for the label to print off from the Seller.
If the Seller doesn't provide the label or is unhelpful, you can ask ebay to step in after 8 days.
