I bought a dress which was at least 4 sizes too big. The item did not have a size label on so it was definitely mistake by seller. I returned the item at the post office, paid £2.90 for postage. I was given a full refund for item but seller says they can not pay me the postage I paid!
If it was fault with their item then shouldn't I have the money I paid for postage?

Had you returned the item through a case, the seller is required to supply a pre paid label or eBay would provide one at sellers expense.   If you sent the item back using your own postage method and outside an open case, the seller is not required to refund postage costs ...

I received an item that does not match the seller's description.
