I’ve sold a product on eBay the buyer has received the it and is happy. How do I get PayPal to move it from pending to my account. Does the buyer need to do something?

You can't do anything to move it i'm afraid as it's being help for 21 days under the new seller hold.
It will be released on or around day 21 after payment was made or if you sent the item with tracking you can put that onto the PayPal transaction and it will be released in no more than 7 days.
