P&P

If someone returns an item because it was listed incorrectly, the seller pays the p&p but shouldn’t it be on the same terms as when the seller sent it? Why is the buyer allowed to return it with higher costs on p&p? Thanks

How does the buyer send it back at a higher cost

If an item is not as described then the seller has to send a pre paid label for the return so they pay whatever cost is involved.

It is up to the seller how it goes back

The buyer opens a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre and escalate it after another 8 days

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

Read up on the Ebay money back guarantee

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

If you allow ebay to send the label then it will cost whatever ebay think fit

You also would get a defect if you allow it to go that far
