Hi - I've come across a laptop where the laptop pictured doesn't match the laptop's description and specifications. Is this a violation of ebay policy? This has been confirmed with the seller who never updated the listing/added additional photos so seems off to me. I've gone through the reporting listing/seller policies and this doesn't seem to be covered which I fing odd.
Any assistance/suggestions would be useful.

If you have tried reporting and contacting the selller then there is nothing else you can do
It will be up to others viewing the item and if they receive an item that is not as described then they open a dispute on ebay
They are covered by the ebay and paypal money back guarantee
