Hello,
After having apealed for the item I did not receive at all I contacted the seller. They told me to contact e-bay itself in order to solve the problem. So, I contacted e-bay itself and they told me that the good will be reshipped. In that period I got contact with the carrier here in Luxembourg they told me that they have returned the item, without giving me any information that the article has arrived. So after that e-bay said that they have made an decision...now I can not get a refund but also not get my money back!! What should I do?? Please help me!!

This is the UK site, Switch back to your own site or Try ebay.COM
If eBay have ruled against you in a case then you'll need to contact an help/information center.
Here In the UK, we have The Citizens Advice but I don't know what you have.
