How do I block a buyer

A buyer bids, is successful and then makes me wait days for payment saying they can't pay until they get paid. I do not want this buyer doing this to me anymore, so how can I block them? Many thanks

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list.  Here's the link:

And use this link to put a general block on buyers with non-payment strikes, etc.:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Select options then tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom and then submit.
