There is a place on the listing form to enter the EAN, (at least there was the last time I listed an item on the Advanced form).
It was near the top of the form. I think it was the second thing to enter, after the item title.
I don't know about the Basic listing form.
If your item does not have an EAN you should be able to put 'Does not apply' in stead.
