I bought a Mulberry Bag off a seller 2 years ago. the clasp broke so I sent it away for repair and it turns out its counterfit. The seller no longer has a profile, is there anyway I can get a refund?

Sorry no, there is not. eBay only have a 30 day returns policy, Paypal a 180 day.
