I keep being charged £1 a month without selling anything. Does anyone know what I can do as it seems I can't contact Ebay in any way, shape or form?

Ebay don't take fees for £1 and under so if you have fees of that amount it just gets invoiced each month and never actually paid. Have you checked the invoice in the account section of 'my ebay'?
