Cancel an order

A buyer paid for an item they said the pressed the wrong button, and asked me to cancel the order. What do I do. Will I loose my eBay listing fees and will I need to pay the listing fees again as I will need to relist the item again.

Go to More actions to the right of the item and Cancel order then Buyer requests to cancel

You get your fees back straight away

Once you the case is complete then you can relist

You are trading illegally as you are selling a lot of new items

If you buy to sell then you have to be registered as a business for ebay and the tax man

As a business the buyer has more rights and you can not have No returns on your listings

You also have to have your business address on

As a business you are not eligible for the Free listings as they are for private sellers
