Yes, cash is much safer for you when the item is being collected. Paypal only accept online postal tracking as proof of delivery so in theory buyer can claim money back at later date. Plus you won't pay any receiving fee.
After buyer has paid mark as payment received and item dispatched via More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay sold page.
