Buyer never paid or collected items I had too relist item but ebay still wants selling fee,what too do too having too not pay fee

You only have 32 days from sale to open an unpaid case.

You should never relist until you have closed off tye first sale, as you run the risk of two buyers and both pay. (Opening an Unpaid case sometimes causes buyer to pay rather than get an unpaid strike)

Unless you open a case Ebay does not know the sale has fallen through and the selling fee is taken as soon as sold.
