My account has been restricted as they claim it has been associated with another account that they have a restriction on. I have no idea about this other account and they will not reinstate my account
The restricted account need not be yours....it could be a partner, kids, parents, lodger, anyone who you allowed to use your device, anyone sharing yoiur IP address
