QR code not correct for parcel

Hello I sold an item and received a QR code for delivery. The post office scanned the QR code and said it was incorrect for the parcel length and so wouldn't take it.  The eBay system thinks the parcel is on route. I can't find a way of generating a correct QR code . Any help will be greatly appreciated

You cannot usually cancel Simple Delivery labels and codes.   You would have to cancel the transaction (refund will be issued) and relist with the correct weight of parcel for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Before you do that you could contact ebay and see if they can do anything.  You can use callback on here:

The callback worked a treat ! They looked at the transaction and said the post office should have taken the parcel ! They suggested trying a different post office .. Who accepted the parcel, without hesitation.
