QR LABEL PROBLEM...INSUFFCIENT AMOUNT ON POSTAGE

I sold an item and charged £2.70 postage, when i went to post the  item at the post office, i was told the amount of postage was higher than that on the QR code on my mobile phone.   I have gone on to ebay to print another label of a higher amount, so it can be dispatched.   But i am being told that only ONE LABEL can be printed for this item?   What should i do?   I need to increase the postage cost on the item via a new QR Code, but i am being told this is not possible?

You'd have to either cancel/refund and relist with correct postage.    Or pay for new postage yourself and change the tracking number on ebay.

Just get label from post office as we have been doing for many years, then the original label can be cancelled.

Ebay thinks up these systems, but seems to have no idea of the problems it causes, so long as thry make money out of it.
