Proof of Delivery

The item was shipped, with a Royal Mail tracking number. The purchaser has since left positive feedback on receipt. The Royal Mail tracking history has failed to show the item was delivered.

I spoke to ebay Customer support to ask them to release the funds which are otherwise on hold for 14 days, the exchange was something on the lines of -  me to ebay: "the purchaser has received the item, see the positive feedback". ebay to me: "Royal Mail shows it has not been delivered" me: "but he has left feed back" ebay "Royal Mail shows it has not been delivered"

Is it just me or am I missing something

If an item is £10 or less without tracking and not showing as delivered,then if a buyer leaves feedback then you will get paid after 2 days.This is the only time feedback is taken into account to release payments.

As for royal mail then customers services will only release the payment if the Royal mail website in this case, shows as delivered,as the ebay site is having issues updating.

If no tracking online then you have to wait 14 days
