Problem with my bank account.

I have been asked to update my bank details. My bank card and bank account are correct. I can't confirm that they are correct because the ¨DONE button¨ isn't activated!!!! I have tried changing in PAYMENTS in my Ebay and under PAYMENTS in sellers hub, nothing works!!! I have recently received payment for another sale and there were no problems then. I don't know what to do
