Problem with buyer leaveing negtive feedback but admited he did it as bored part was fine

Comments: I contacted the guy asking whatvwas wrong

with caliper.. he said nothing! He was bored so left me

negative feed back. I have all fb messages . He said he has

retractrd his negative feedback! ! want you to retract it i

have got 100% feedback for 16 year 3 month!! The buyer

told me ca(iper is fine he was bored $$ 0" his negative

comment may affect my sales. Message him ask him

I have fb messages to back this up.. i also added to ebay chat but ebay say they wont remove negtive feed bk. They day it wont impsct my selling. *bleep*.   I been member since 2008. 100% feed bk

Did you send the buyer a feedback revision request from your feedback page?

That would be the best route to get the feedback removed.

He may have said he has requested removeal, but that seems unlikely.

Ebay won't remove the feedback - it doesn't break any rules and they will say it expresses the buyer's opinion and experience.

You are not communicating with 'Ebay' in this forum - we are just other sellers and buyers like you.
