Problem confirming delivery

A seller delivered to me personally but the item was showing as being sent by yodel. I can’t see any way of confirming delivery so he gets paid?

You can leave feedback and if the item was under the value of £25 they will receive their payout sooner.  If not,  there's nothing you can do.

When an item is listed as a collection item after payment,  the buyer receives a code when given to the seller to scan this confirms collection and the payout is released.  Without this code and obviously now no tracking the seller has to wait 14 days before the payout is released,  there's nothing to speed this up.

The code is only received if the item is listed as a collection item.

They will receive the money , but it will be a 14 day wait.

As said as a buyer, there's nothing you can do to speed up this new process of payments for a seller.
