Posting Item to Buyer -

I didn't realise that since 15 April 2025 all items sent by private sellers have to be sent via the Ebay  Simple Delivery System so have sent it by Royal Mail as a First Class small parcel. How can I get Ebay to refund the postage and how do I notify the Ebay system that the item has been posted. Any advice would be much appreciated

If ebay label not used, ebay will refund buyer as they paid for it.

You can't tell the system it has been posted and will now need to wait for payment.
