Nothing you can do but wait and see what they do when they receive the item.
I would not have messaged the buyer when you posted you just put tracking on and leave it at that.
They should not have bought elsewhere.
They should open a Returns request when they receive the item
It should close straight away in your favour as you have no returns on your listing.
Some dishonest members may open a Not as described dispute in which case you would have to send a pre paid label for the return and you do not refund until you have it back
Wait and see what the buyer does and come back when you know what dispute they have opened
You do have a problem through as you are selling New items
If you buy to sell then you are a business
Business sellers have to accept returns
