Postage

I have recently sold an item (ref 136740417078 ) for £2 only.
It was just a small document.

The buyer lives in the USA. EBay gave me directions to print a UPS postage label.

I did this and took it to a UPS point who said that they are not accepting any items until the end of January 2026.
I then took the item to another point who scanned it and said it needed to be in a document bag???

I have now lost all profit on this small item and it is still in my possession.
Please advise what to do with it, i will not go to any more expense!

You can issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.   Use the reason "Issue with buyer's address" and the refund will be issued in the process. 

You could relist with direct postage to the US for the buyer to buy again.   Or just leave it at that.
