Postage

Hi

I listed a fridge magnet at 50 grams weight £2.00 price - Ebay listed with letter post at £1.55 which is correct.

the buyer paid £1.55 but chose small parcel delivery at £3.50. I've asked the buyer to change postal options but had no response, what are my options

many  thanks Frank

Re: Postage

The postage should be pre-paid by the buyer so use whichever label is provided.

Re: Postage

If you didn't use Simple Delivery and the buyer has paid postage to you then buy the postage they've paid for.   I'm not sure why you're getting a different label from ebay.

Re: Postage

As far as I am aware, there is no £1.55 cost in Simple postage, so cancel any label produced by ebay and use large letter and post it yourself.
