Postage wrong

Good morning I have sold an item and it’s going to Sweden on gsp the original postage cost was £5.85

as the Item is 4kg I have printed the label ( Royal Mail ) and the cost is £2.75 to send to hub which will not cover the weight please advise

That postage cost is way off.   You'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Hi thank you for that
The postage was set correctly @. £5.88 and still there when I check
original listing
But only shows £2.75 on order details

That's very odd.   I suppse relisitng might help but impossible to say for sure.
