Postage/tracking

I posted an item I sold, in a white postal box, on the day it was paid for. It is now 12 days later, and according to Royal Mail it has been delivered but the parcel on the photo is a green bag! Completely different to what I sent! I cannot get a response from the buyer, my funds are on hold, and I cannot contact ebay.... So please help 🙏

The money is on hold for up to 30 days because ebay will class you as a new seller.    If the tracking shows delivery buyer will not automatically win a "not received" claim.   They'd have to make a case for the wrong item being delivered.   If they are not replying you do not need to do anything at the moment.   It's possible the photo is wrong and they have the item.    So do nothing for now.
