Postage help pls 🙏🙏

I’ve sold a high value item and listed with custom Postage at an amount that will

cover the insurance for the shipping.  The buyer has paid for that higher rate of postage. However, when I try to buy a postage label in the usual way via the eBay platform it only allows me the option to buy postage at the low rate (ie. Only £50 cover on parcelforce).  What can I do? I want to buy postage at the rate that my buyer has paid for.

You can either buy your own postage (but you would pay the extra cost yourself) and then contact ebay to get the tracking number changed on ebay.   You can use callback on here:

Or cancel the current transaction (a refund will be issued in the process) and relist removing Simple Delivery via the "Switch to advanced options" link.   Then put in the correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Thanks.  Nothing is easy on eBay anymore.  I’m going to cancel the sale and list as local collection only.
