Sold an item. Generated postage label at home but could not retrieve it at the Evri location. Got frustrated and just sent item via Royal Mail with a view to cancelling the Evri delivery. I have now discovered that I could have re-generated the label but has now expired.
So, item has been marked as despatched but not registered by Evri so not delivered and cannot find how to release paid funds on eBay. I have contacted support with eBay but no response.. contacted Evri but cannot get through to a person or get a correct subject in their help section.
confused!! Any help????
