really confused, my low value/size listings which I have listed as Seller pays (less than 100g and £10) are showing as goig as Tracked which I don't want (can afford)? what am I doing wrong?

Sounds as though you have not opted out of simple deliver, you do have to read the listing firm and for exempt items select ADVANCED SHIPPING OPTION.
Not sure whether you can edit active listings.
