Postage charges to seller

Hi all i sold two items. The buyer paid for the item including delivery. The money has landed in my ebay account but Ebay have deducted a postage cost from my balance. I don't understand this as the postage was paid. Ive checked what the customers paid and its correct. It seems the customers have paid postage and now I'm also being charged postage via packlink. Can anyone advise why they are in affect charging the seller and buyer postage?

You are not being charged twice.

The postage on your listing is what the buyer pays you for the postage,  and you use that money to buy the postage from Packlink.

When your money reaches your eBay Balance that postage charge is then deducted from your total payout.
