Policy violation

I have just had a number of re-listed items flagged up and hidden for policy violation. No description of what the violation is, apart from some vague explanation about selling to buyers outside of ebay. I have looked through the listings and can see nothing to that effect and I would never do that anyway. I started an appeal, but as customer service does not appear to exist anymore, I have no idea what has happened to that. Is this just another computer glitch, or what?

One possibility is that some of your listing have a notice directing buyers to your Facebook page.

eBay would look on that as attempting off eBay deals.
