Hi. 
sold an item, but mistakenly added postage cost instead of stating collection only. 
How can I mark the item as delivered manually on the app or pc ?

You cannot now.

If the buyer came and collected an item which was originally listed to be posted,  they would not have received that all important 6 digit QR code,  this when a seller scans,  is the proof needed that an item has been collected.

Without this,  and obviously now no tracking,  you will need to wait 14 days for the release of this payout.
