You won't be abe to pay yet because the seller wants to ship this using freight charges. When they have entered the freight charge you will be able to pay. It may have been better to ask before bidding. If it's split between two parcels (with two tracking numbers) you might have difficulty claiming under eBay's money back guarantee, if this should arise.
There is a link to contact the seller next to the postage section in the listing. If you have only just bought it you need to allow them a reasonable time to reply.
By the way, the listing contains a horrendously bad example of eBay's awful, gushing AI generated descriptions. eBay talks it up with the absurd claim: "Although it may not be working properly, it could be a valuable addition to any home audio setup". It's not "may not be working properly, it isn't working properly! No wonder buyers get confused by for spares or repair listings.
Anyway, this seller offers 30 day returns, so if it's not instantly fixable don't tinker with it, or the seller may be able to refuse the return or reduce the sum refunded. That's if the cost makes it worthwhile returning anyway.
