Paying cash on collection

Hi can anyone help please. I made an offer that was accepted and will be paying cash on collection. On the offer accepted page the only option is to pay now within 24 hours so time runs out.  How do I get round this? Thanks

Ebay no longer allow cash on collection.

You have to pay through Ebay checkout.

If you do ignore the rules and pay the seller cash, you have no buyer protection and you are both carrying out an 'off Ebay' deal.

Personally, I would contact the seller and tell them that I would rather abide by Ebay rules and pay through Ebay.

Cash on collection is no longer valid on ebay, and you have to use the ebay checkout to pay prior to collecting and use the 6digit collection code when you collect the item,giving it to the seller sit can be scanned or manually entered so sellers can prove collection and get paid
