ParcelShop didn't scan item in

I dropped two items off at the ParcelShop for Evri to collect but I only received one email confirmation for one of the items.  When I've checked my listing, the item is still showing as not posted to buyer.  

 

Do they only scan one item when multiple items are dropped off or should each one be scanned?  Otherwise if it was a genuine error or their part, will the Evri driver collecting the items, scan them before loading onto the van?
