Oversized item

I have just sold an item and was supplied with a QR code for Royal mail. When I reached the post office I was informed that the QR code was invalid as the parcel was oversized and I would have to send via Parcel force. I've sent the item via Parcel force and have the certificate of posting but I've since realised that I won't be paid as I will need the original QR code scanned. Anybody any idea who to contact regarding payment. The buyer will confirm when item arrives tomorrow.

Add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   Even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days.

If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
