Offers disappeared

Hi, I received 2 offers for items from the same buyer. On accepting the offers but they had gone?? What happened, is this a scam.  Their address stated they might be overseas

You do not appear to post overseas, so logically cannot sell as no postage is incorporated, so ebay cannot send an invoice, so no payment could be made.

”but they had gone” Do you mean they have disappeared from Active Listings, but not appeared in Sold items.

Have they just gone to Unsold?

Thank you, I was not aware I had to permit overseas sales. What I meant by disappeared was that went I went to look at the item it did not show that an offer had been made. Now I know why.
